Do we support non-approved hardware?

Signagelive will not support non-approved devices as we cannot guarantee optimum playback without issues. We therefore will only support devices that are on the ChromeOS Flex Supported Devices list. 

You can find all the approved devices for ChromeOS Flex in Google's Certified Models List.

Signagelive is not responsible for updating this list, nor do we recommend you as a customer attempt to use a device that is not included in the approved listing. Please strictly follow the guidelines outlined by Google in this case regarding Chrome OS Flex devices to avoid a bad experience with this OS version.
