How do I view my Message Manager profile?

When you are logged in to your Message Manager account you will notice that your full name, or whatever the first and second name is associated to your login, appears at the top right of the window of the feature.

When you click on this area of the Message Manager a drop-down menu will appear and it will give the options of being able to access your Profile or the opportunity to Logout. If you now click on the Profile option from the drop-down menu you will be taken to the profile information area of your account as per the screenshot below:

As you will now see on the Profile page holds information about your account such as Email, First Name, Last Name and also shows you in a list all of the feeds that you have got access to. You can change the names and password associated to your account on the Profile and we will guide you on how to do this as per below:

How to change your Message Manager Name?

Within your Profile page it is very easy to change the name associated to your account. To achieve this all you need to do is change the information currently shown in the First Name or Last Name fields and then click on the Save button.

How to change your Message Manager Password?

Within your Profile page it is just as easy to edit the password associated to your account. To achieve this all you need to do is change enter your new password in both the Password and Confirm Password fields and then click the Save button. Your new password will then be accepted and can be using for future logins.

As mentioned if you make any changes to your Profile then you will need to click the Save button for these to be saved to your account
