How to change your Signagelive Profile?

Within your network you can amend your original profile information from when you first set up your network and also make changes to how you would like to your account perform and set the desired user language.

To gain access to your signagelive profile you will need to click on your username which can be located at the top right of every signagelive network window.


How to change your Account Name and Password

When you are in the My Profile area, you will first be able to see your First Name, Surname and also the hidden password within your network. You can make any changes to this information and when you are finished you can click on the green Save button to store the changes made to your account.


Changing your Account Password

You will also see that you can change the email account associated to your signagelive user account. By editing the Email Address field you can then change your details and as before when you are finished you can click on the green Save button to store the changes made to your account.


Changing your Account Preferences

Within your profile you also have the opportunity to set how you would like signagelive to perform when logging in to your account and also when accessing network dashboards. By selecting these options you can determine the following:

  • When I login to signagelive?  a) Go to My signagelive .. or b) Go to the network I last logged in to.
  • When I login to a Network?   a) Go to Dashboard .. or b) Go to the page I last used.

Set your Account Language

Within the available language drop-down menu you can select your preferred language option throughout the network. When you are finished making any changes you can click on the green Save button to store the changes made to your account.
