Using the Support Tab

The Support tab is used by the player's support team and system administrators to add history to the player/location, such as player reboot requests. Notes can also be system generated, to record items such as player restarts and application or installations information.

By clicking the Add Support Note icon (identified in the screenshot below) you can add new support notes to your player and once added, by clicking any of the blue text lines within the note section, you will be presented with a new pop-up window display, providing further detail regarding this particular support note.

How to Add to a Support Note

  1. To add a new note click on the +Newsletter style icon shown in the screenshot above.
  2. You can now enter your support note details.
  3. Click the Save button

How to Edit an existing Support Note

  1. Click the detail of the note you wish to edit.
  2. Make any amendments within the window area.
  3. Click the Save button.

To cancel any changes click the Cancel button
