Performing a Player Search

In order to look at an individual registered player you must first find the appropriate data record within your network. The Network Manager within your network provides a search engine facilitating a keyword search for players which any user can use. To begin searching for players that have been registered to your signagelive network you will need to click on the Network menu and then afterwards select the Manage option that appears in the drop-down menu.

When you have done this you will be taken into the Network Manager, which will appear like the following:

Players can be found by entering any of the following pieces of information:

  • Player Serial Number.
  • Any part of the address.
  • Any of the three reference codes or part thereof (entered when the player was registered)
  • The search can also be limited to site types by selecting from the Site Type drop-down box.

To initiate a search either click the “Enter” key or hit the blue “Search” button.

If the player is already shown in the returned results list before you attempt a search, you can click on any of the relevant References, Address, Site Type or Player details to look at the individual player details.

Understanding the Results of a Player Search

Any player matching the criteria will be displayed in the list below the criteria entry box.

The returned player results will appear as shown and you will be presented with the player number and site details. You can click any player box to view network data for the individual player selected.
