Can I request a forgotten password link?

If you forget your password you will need to request that your password is reset. You can achieve this by following these steps:

  • Go to login.signagelive.com
  • Select ‘Forgotten Password’
  • Enter the email address you use as your Username when accessing Signagelive
  • Select Reset Password



An email will be sent to the email entered when resetting your password, be sure to check your spam or junk folders for an email from Signagelive.

If you do not receive this email, or do not have access to the inbox of the email address entered, you can speak with the Support Team via Live Chat or email the team (support@signagelive.com).

 

Can an Administrator resend a password for me?

Any Administrator on your Signagelive Network is able to login and request a password reset link for any User within the same Signagelive Network. To do this, please follow the below steps:

  • Login to your Signagelive Network as an Administrator
  • Select Settings
  • Select Users
  • Select the Context Menu against the User required
  • Select Reset Password
