How do I publish my content?
Whether you wish to show full screen content or multiple contents on your display at one time, these options are given to you during the Publish process.
You can access the Publisher by following these steps:
- Login to your Signagelive Network as an Administrator or a User
- Select Content
- Select Publish
This will then open the Signagelive Publisher and give you the option of choosing what will show, when and on which Players.
What publishing options do I have?
When using the Signagelive Publisher, you can choose when to show your content, what content you wish to show and which Players it should be published to. Take a look at the following video to learn more about the Publisher:

How can I publish content when nothing else is scheduled?
Publishing content to show when no other content is scheduled is easily achieved by publishing what is known as a 'Default Playlist'. As the name suggests, default contents are restricted to Playlists and will play when no other contents are scheduled to play.
How do I publish content to show on certain dates and times?
Firstly, you can publish full-screen content (a Playlist) to show at a set schedule by following the instructions given in this article.
You can also publish a Layout to your Players and to only show on certain times and dates. You can learn more about this process in this article.
