We take the security of our platform very, very seriously. On top of frequent penetration tests to ensure that Signagelive is secure from the back end, we had requests for the user security to be increased as well. So we have added account locking.
The following video describes the new security feature as well as the process to unlock a locked account.
If you enter an incorrect password 5 times, your Signagelive account will be locked. To regain access, you'll need to speak to our support team via live chat, on the phone or via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to request access.
Your account will be unlocked and if you still don't know the correct password, you can use the 'forgotten password' link on the login page to request a change. This will be sent to the account holders email and can be changed from there before you'll be able to login again.
