Live chat is unresponsive and flagged internally

10.10 AM BST - 

Technical team are made aware of the issue, and notified to the service interruption 

10.13 AM BST - 

Technical team suggest this could be down to a change made to the livechat widget

10.15 AM BST -

Visitors begin to populate again, but livechat is still inactive

10.18 AM BST - 

Service was restored, and the livechat widget is back online.

RESOLUTION / CAUSE

ONGOING - Service is now fully operational again. No further action is required to flag tickets to our support team this morning
