Resolved: Signagelive web interface unavailable, 5 October 2026
On 5 October 2026, between 11:48 and 13:08 BST (10:48 and 12:08 UTC), some users could not access the Signagelive web interface at login.signagelive.com.
What happened
The system we use to store user sessions ran out of storage space. This caused errors when users tried to sign in or use the platform.
What we did
Our engineering team identified the cause and cleared old session data to free up space. We briefly took the web interface offline for maintenance while we applied the fix. Service was fully restored at 13:08 BST.
Current status
Signagelive is working normally. You do not need to take any action. If you still see problems, contact our support team.
