Welcome to using signagelive,
Thank you for your interest in our digital signage software. signagelive is a cloud-based, multi-award winning digital signage solution, which from your internet browser allows you to manage and update any digital signage device. The following guide will show you, regardless of your experience with our software, how to get underway with signagelive and help you with:
Before we begin, please be aware that if you do have any questions or require any assistance from us, then please do not hesitate to contact the signagelive Support Team at any stage. Do not be afraid to ask as many questions as you need, whether you are a new user or have been using our software for some time – we will be happy to help you.
So now you are ready to get underway and begin learning about signagelive. To start you off, why not take a moment to watch our two minute introduction video to our software featuring our CEO, Jason Cremins.
When you've watched the video you'll be well on your way to understanding signagelive and what it can achieve for you.
We are often asked by our users whether the hardware they have will be suitable for using our software. The answer to this question is dependent on the type of media content and design features you wish to use, so if you are wanting to just show still images then you can use a lower specification player; whereas layouts with multiple tickers and video will require a higher specification.
If you are interested in reading about hardware we recommend, please click here to learn more.
Now that you know what your hardware player can achieve, you will also need to ensure your player has the following software installed.
One of the key issues new users experience is that they do not install the Combined Community Codec Pack and then their video deployments do not appear to play.Do not let yourself experience the same issue, please do ensure you download and install the Combined Community Codec Pack on to your signagelive player.
Well done, you have now prepared your signagelive player and installed the correct additional software. You are now ready to click here to login to your signagelive account.
When you are logged in to your signagelive account, you will now be able to click on the Downloads option found at the top right of your account window. You can now select your desired signagelive version, however, before you do – perhaps now is a good time to highlight the features of all four versions of signagelive.
